1. No physical shipping
No physical goods are sold through the Just Rent website. Accordingly, courier, shipping and physical delivery charges do not apply to our rental marketplace services.
2. Digital service delivery
Website enquiries are received through the online contact form and are routed to the Just Rent support team. Support responses are ordinarily initiated using the contact details supplied in the enquiry.
Where a listing, verification or other platform service is agreed, activation or delivery timing will be communicated before the service begins. Timing may depend on receiving complete and accurate information or documents from the customer.
3. Service issues
If a requested digital service is not activated or delivered because of a technical issue attributable to Just Rent, contact support@justrentproperty.com with your account and transaction details. Refund requests are handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
